4. Voice Data and Blockchain Storage
By using our service, you consent to the processing and storage of your voice data. Voice embeddings are stored on the blockchain for verification purposes. This data is encrypted and cannot be reversed to recreate your original voice.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VoiceIDVault and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
VoiceIDVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
